Our Clinic Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. Your time is reserved especially for you! It is very difficult for us to fill last-minute cancellations and we run at a loss if this occurs. Also, we miss the opportunity to accommodate another client to have that appointment time.

Bookings
Payment is required upon booking of the treatment/s. You can also continue to book appointments via phone or email as required.  We still accept cash if that is your preferred payment method, however please call the clinic before booking your appointment.

Booking Confirmation
You will receive an appointment confirmation via email and SMS 48hrs and 24hrs before your appointment. This SMS/email must be confirmed within 24hrs in order to keep your appointment. Your appointment shall be cancelled if not confirmed via SMS, email or phone.

Cancellations or Reschedules
Please provide 24 hours or more notice to reschedule your appointment.   If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the treatment fee will apply.

If you are feeling unwell please do not book a clinic appointment until you have recovered.

If you already have an appointment booked and you are unwell, please cancel before the 24 hours of your appointment as charges may apply.  If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the treatment fee will apply.

Late Arrivals
We do our very best to stay within our allocated appointment times. Clients’ arriving more than 10 minutes late after your scheduled appointment time will be cancelled as it is not possible to give you an adequate service in the remaining time. You will be required to pay the cancellation fee if this occurs.

Brow and Lash Extension Maintenance Clients
If your brows or lashes are left unmaintained and are not in the suggested time schedule for regular maintenance you shall be charged the higher pricing tier. To avoid any extra costs please re-book at each appointment.

Please bear in mind it is the clients’ responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missing an appointment or arriving late.
